Lead with Impact

A 1:1 coaching programme designed to help developing leaders build the communication, emotional intelligence and leadership confidence required to lead people effectively

Stepping into leadership is one of the most challenging transitions in a professional career.

Many technically strong professionals are promoted because they excel in their field, yet receive little support in learning how to lead people well.

The result is often a period of uncertainty, feeling responsible for others while still working out what effective leadership actually looks like.

Lead With Impact™ is a structured 1:1 leadership development programme designed to support leaders through this transition.

It provides the space, structure and practical tools needed to build the confidence, emotional intelligence and strategic capability required to lead effectively.

Who this programme is for

Lead With Impact™ is designed for emerging and developing leaders, including:

  • Newly promoted managers stepping into leadership roles

  • Technical specialists transitioning into people leadership

  • Mid-level leaders preparing for more senior responsibility

  • High-potential leaders identified by their organisation

Many clients come to the programme because they want to become the kind of leader they wish they’d experienced themselves - someone who leads with clarity, empathy and integrity.

The harsh reality of leadership

What got you here won’t get you there.

As you move into leadership, your focus shifts from tasks to people, and that shift needs a completely different skill set. A skill set most leaders and managers are just expected to know.

Many leaders reach this stage of their career feeling:

  • Uncertain about how to balance authority with empathy

  • Unsure how to handle difficult conversations or conflict

  • Overwhelmed by competing responsibilities and expectations

  • Isolated, without a safe space to talk through leadership challenges

  • Aware they have leadership potential but unsure how to fully step into it

Lead With Impact™ helps leaders develop the human leadership skills that are rarely taught but essential for long-term success.

How the programme is structured

Lead With Impact™ is a structured six-to-nine month development programme delivered through individual coaching.

The programme includes:

  • Nine 60-minute coaching sessions (delivered online)

  • DISC behavioural profile and 60-minute interpretation session

  • One post-programme reflection and review session

  • Worksheets, tools and reflection exercises between sessions

  • Email and WhatsApp support between sessions during office hours

Sessions provide a confidential space to explore real leadership challenges, develop practical strategies and embed sustainable behaviour change.

Clients can choose to add additional sessions at the end of the programme if they wish to continue their development and further strengthen their leadership capability over time.

What leaders gain

Through the programme, leaders typically develop:

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Confidence in their leadership identity and style

  • Stronger communication and relationship skills

  • The ability to navigate conflict and challenging conversations

  • Clearer boundaries and more sustainable ways of working

  • Improved decision-making and strategic thinking

  • Increased resilience and reduced risk of burnout

The aim is not to create a particular type of leader, but to help each client develop a leadership approach that is authentic, effective and sustainable.
